SUBSCRIPTION

The starter plan is charged when the order is placed. Replacement cartridges renew every 90 days until paused or cancelled. Customers receive an email before each renewal and may cancel before the next charge.

SHIPPING

Prices include tracked delivery within New Zealand. Delivery timeframes are confirmed during checkout and tracking is sent after dispatch.

RETURNS

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Faulty products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

PRIVACY

Customer information is used only to process orders, manage subscriptions and provide requested support. Payment details are handled by the hosted payment provider and are not stored by this site.

PRODUCT CLAIMS

NINETY is designed to reduce free chlorine, odour and everyday sediment. It is not a water softener and does not remove dissolved hardness minerals. Final performance claims remain subject to independent product testing.
